April 2022 Newsletter

Easter

 We will be having special Easter activities Wednesday, April 13^th, for all classes. 

Please send an Easter basket (labeled with child’s name) and 12 filled plastic eggs (taped shut) to school for an egg hunt. (Suggestions for filling the eggs – small raisin boxes, plastic toys, stickers, etc.) K- 5^th classes will have a Field Trip to Matthew's Park. More information will be sent out soon.

St Jude Bike & Trike-A-Thon 

 We are hosting this event on Wednesday, April 13^th to raise money for children with cancer. You will receive an information sheet which includes a permission slip and a donation form. Please return the permission slip by Tuesday, April 12th. Donations should be turned into the office by Friday, April 29^th.  We will need a lot of volunteers for this event so please let a teacher know if you can help. We hope you can come and enjoy the fun! Additional information will be shared closer to the date of event.

Summer and Fall Enrollment

 We are planning our future classes.  Our returning parents will get the first opportunity to enroll their child.  After April 25^th, enrollment will be open to the public.  Be sure to reserve your space for the Summer and/or Fall program. Enrollment fees are not due at this time. If you have any questions, please call the office.

Progress Reports

Pre-K progress reports will be emailed to you by April 29^th. (Please make sure we have your current info in the office.) This is a time for the teacher(s) to share with both parents (if possible) their student’s progress and make goals for the future. You will be amazed by how much your child is learning! Contact your child’s teacher if you would like to schedule a conference.

Early dismissal for K-5^th –Wednesday, April 13^th at 12:00p.m.

No classes for K-5 on Thursday– other activities provided

*Livingston Montessori will be closed on Friday, April 15^th for Good Friday
